Each module triggers notifications when an event occurs that requires attention: a pending signature request, a scheduled inspection, a training session the worker is required to attend, a measure with an upcoming closing date.

The user sees them in two places:

• In the notification bell within Sabentis (also in the mobile app).
• In your email, if the notification is set to email.

Digital signature: how it integrates with the rest

Digital signatures don’t exist in isolation: they are a service that any module can invoke. For example, a risk assessment automatically generates a signature request for the affected employee; a company policy requires a read receipt; a training record collects the attendee’s signature.

The person in charge initiates the signature from the originating module, the employee signs it from the Employee Portal or from the notification bell, and the evidence is anchored to the original record.

Employee portal: what each user sees

The Employee Portal is the view that a non-technical employee sees upon logging into Sabentis. It centralizes:

• Documents pending signature.
• Training assigned and completed.
• PPE delivered and pending.
• Job risks and associated measures.
• Incidents that have been reported.
